Laurie Campau
Laurie Campau has taught in the Waterbrook fine arts department since 2015. She is an accomplished Pianist, vocalist and instrumentalist. Mrs. Campau has an impressive musical background filled with several awards and accomplishments including two trips to Europe as a violinist/violist in the Flint Youth Symphony Orchestra. She won the prestigious Dort Honors String Quartet scholarship as a violist her senior year at the Flint Institute of Music. She has been a private music instructor for 15+ years and loves working with students of all ages. She has been the worship director and pianist for her home church since 2016. She has served in several different capacities here at WCA, and she has been the head of our strings program since 2016. She also enjoys giving private piano and string lessons to several of our students. Laurie and her husband Brent have five children who all attend WCA.
