Mrs. Toomey teaches High School and Middle School History. She began teaching at Waterbrook 2012. Before working at Waterbrook, Charlene was a teacher, substitute teacher, and tutor. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bob Jones University. Charlene's favorite aspect of Waterbrook is that it is like a family. Along with teaching, she enjoys being with her family, crocheting, and reading.
