Why Arts Matter

Research continues to show that exposing students to the arts has tremendous benefits in the classroom.  The arts also hone young peoples' ability to think critically and creatively.

We believe that a child's entire school experience can improve due to exposure to the arts, helping foster such social skills as empathy, self-confidence and self-control as well as giving students extra motivation to persist and excel.

March is Youth Art Month and our buildings are wonderfully decorated with works of art from the preschool class to the high school students.

We definitely love the arts and continue to expand our art programs to increase student learning and creativity!
